Konrad Schmid-Meil that’s me I am living in BC, CANADA since 1991, emigrating from Germany. I love the beauty the space the peace and the wilderness of the Cariboo. The Cariboo is a plateau over 1000 meters high between the coastal and the Rocky Mountains. I am very active in the Community as a volunteer in the cath. Church and several service clubs as Rotary, Knights of Columbus etc.

I am one of the few local real-estate agents with a “National Commercial Council of Canada-ICX Membership and served as the Chairman of the local BC Northern Commercial Council since 2009. This Area is covering north to south, from the Yukon Border to Clinton BC and east to west approx. from the Rockies to the Pacific coast. It is size wise the biggest commercial Real Estate Board in North America.

I provide real estate services in commercial and residential properties. Office Buildings and Businesses, Farms and Ranches as well as little and big homes, recreational and high end real estate products.

I am fluent in English, German and Bayrisch and work close with International and local clients and Real Estate Agents. I also enjoy spending some time with my Family and my two grandsons, Maximilian and Patrick.
